Job Summary

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and culture. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance employee and reporting. Also you will have to look after HR related legal compliances. Your expertise will help us build a motivated and engaged team that drives our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding as well as till the full and final settlement of the employee.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear communication and development opportunities for the employees.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations as well as legal and government compliances.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Daily reporting of all employees to management and evaluation of the same
Health and safety compliances

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR MBA Preferred)
Proven experience of more than 5 years as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in HR software and legal compliances.
